Sampler Day Offers Holistic Exploration;
Proceeds to Benefit At-Risk Women & Teens

All That Matters is pleased to announce that their annual Samper Day proceeds will support Recovery Yoga Fund. Join us Sunday, September 20, 2009 from 12-5pm. This festive afternoon is part of the All That Matters Global Mala Weekend Celebration, and it's a great opportunity to check out this fantastic, local holistic hot spot. Participants can explore a variety of classes, meet instructors and staff and sample a variety of health services.
A $20 donation not only supports the Recovery Yoga Fund, it also allows participants to pre-register for the classes of their choice and one mini-health service treatment. Prizes and special store and class discounts will be offered throughout the day.
The sampler day fee supports Recovery Yoga, Inc, a non-profit service organization dedicated to healing and personal empowerment through yoga programs in Southeastern CT and Southwestern RI. Recovery Yoga's mission is to establish, develop and maintain yoga programs in residential, rehabilitative and other facilities, primarily for women and teens who are working to recover from substance, physical or other abuse, or who are at risk or otherwise in need.

Whether participants stay for the afternoon or visit for just an hour, they will have an oppotunity to meet great people, and leave with a bevy of information about holistic care and wellness. Space is limited. Pre-registration is recommended by September 16, 2009.
Hope to see you all here!

Meet Jessie Meyer-Eisendrath, a devoted practitioner of yoga since 1996, Jessie seeks to apply her passion for yoga not only to the mat but also to the way in which she lives her life. An advocate for sustainable living and organic, local farming, Jessie brings this grounding to her practice and classes. A long-term student of Tom Gillette, Shannah Green, and Shiva Rea, (200 hour YTT), Jessie incorporates lessons from these mentors and combines them with her twenty-two years of classroom teaching experience. In addition, her workshop studies include Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste, Tias Little, and Beryl Bender, among others. She guides her students to access their heart and grace through careful alignment, self-respect, and conscientious breath within a prana flow vinyasa.
