When did you start yoga and what attracted yo to the practice: I started to begin a positive and healthy lifestyle for myself. My intuition guided and attracted me to yoga.
What is your favorite style of yoga: Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Pilates and Svaroopa.
What other activities do you enjoy: Watching classic movies and being outdoors
What is the last great book you read/recommend: In my own Words by the Dalai Lama
Favorite sound: Gentle Summer Rain
Least Favorite sound: Morning alarm, in the dead of winter, on a snowy day...
Favorite meal: Spinach salad topped with baked wild salmon and sesame dressing!
What keeps you doing yoga: The athletic challenge, inner peace and spiritual growth
Advice to beginners: Slow down and be present in all you do:)
